Imagine going up & down steps with a knee injury to grab some fast food after being stuck in the hospital all day and being told... they can?t take anymore orders because they have too many. Not the best experience; won?t be back. I guess on the bright sidetheir employee said it without an attitude? Warm, inviting, fresh food, smiling employees greeted me at the door. I felt like they wanted all of us to be there and not a... burden eye roll that?s common place in food industry these days. This is the highest level of fast casual food you will get. Ihad questions that would perturb some people and Warren whom works there answered them all as if i was a student and he was aprofessor. Very nice place. Heard of it, never visited. My loss. Will be back again! Had the Mediterranean piada with salmon. And a summer... cooler to drink. For fast food, the salmon was cooked to order and quickly. Wasn't sitting around. Very good! Read more

Terrible service. I loved the food, but a gentleman working there was incredibly rude about a refill on a drink. His coworker... told me I could get a free refill and he came out from the back yelling at me in front of my boss as I refilled it. I apologizedand he continued on and on about it to the point that my boss no longer wants to return. Until this point we'd spent hundreds ofdollars here, but no pasta/drink is worth getting yelled at by a guy clearly having a bad day. I hope his day turns around. Read more

UPDATE 7/20/22: order placed 5:11pm, promised 5:30pm, received 5:41pm. Staff is very nice about it though. They know it?s not... going well operationally - seems to be on the upper management. UPDATE: reordered and got it made correctly. Also, bringing itdown a star since they are 14 minutes late in delivering my order, I ordered 29 minutes ago. ORIGINAL: Good food but notconsistent.
