Damn this was very tasty. Nice little place so I can see it getting tight if bust but the food was very good. Menu had many... options and the kids portions were pretty large.\n\nI got the bbq smash burger. Smash burger with pulled pork and bbq sauce.Unique combo but it worked. Brisket. Brisket. Brisket. The brisket sandwich was so good. The bun was perfectly toasted, so it was really soft with crunchy... edges. Brisket was tender and well-seasoned. And the red bbq sauce goes great with it.\n\nThe service here was incredible. Wewalked in and Emily walked up to us, told us how the restaurant worked (ordering and such), gave great recommendations, and wasvery knowledgeable about the menu. She was very friendly and personable. The owner came up while we ate, asked how things were,and talked with us. Can\'t say enough about how good the service was.\n\nBesides the brisket sandwich, we had the pulled porkmac & cheese, cole slaw, sweet tater and cauliflower mash, and baked beans.\n\nPork mac tasted really good. It wasn\'t dry, butwas light on the sauce. Definitely needs the added red bbq sauce on top.\n\nCole slaw was really nice - runny dressing and heavyvinegar which I like.\n\nSweet potato and cauliflower mash was tasty, very smooth. It has a good balance of sweet and savorytaste.\n\nBeans I thought were pretty plain.\n\nAtmosphere is really casual but classy. Got the smash burger with a side of Mac salad. While the individual pieces were both incredible, I think their awesomeness... cancelled each other and the flavors were fighting each other. However?some pulled pork was leftover from the burger and puttingthat on top of an already great Mac salad took things to 11. I would definitely recommend trying this place and I fully intendon coming back because I was told the brisket is incredible and I need to see for myself. Read more
Ordered a pulled pork sandwich, with gold, white, and red sauce. With a side of cowboy beans. Food was Amazing! Bun was... buttered and toasted to perfection. The sauces were a great mix of clasicc bbq flavors and they mixed very will too. i wasmixing the white and gold. to finish the mean i ordered a blackboard special of a carrot cake waffle, topped with butter,cinnamon sugar, and homemade whipped cream. It was crispy, dense and flavorful! to top off the food, the service wasOUTSTANDING!! So friendly, helpful, really went out of their way to make sure everyones needs were met. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Mmmmmmhmmmmmmm! Good BBQ! I got the BBQ Mac n Cheese Bowl and the Sweet Potato Cauliflower Mash. My wife got the BBQ Sandwich... and Mac N Cheese on side. It was all good and we?ll be back when in the area. Read more
