I?ve used this Pizza Hut several times and have always had an issue. They use DoorDash to deliver their food because the manager... says she can?t find anyone that wants to work. If you order delivery from this location your food may take 1-2 hours to get toyou, or the manager just may call after you?ve been waiting for your food for an hour and say, ?I?m sorry but I?m having anissue with getting DoorDash to come and pickup your food, if you want it you are going to have to come and pick it up! Pizza hut now using door dash, a service which is unaccountable for the quality of your food. It's awful and adds roughly an... hour to your wait-while your high priced food gets stone cold. The worst experience we have ever had. Normally don't do delivery but we had a lot going on Friday. The first set of photos are... from this location. We called back to complain, and the manager John assured us that he personally checked these items beforethey were delivered. This means the quality control, pride in your work, customer service, and expectations are not high enoughfor us to continue to spend our hard earned money with you all. Why would you be ok with sending this out the door? The cheesesticks were over cooked and hard like a crouton; there was not adequate cheese. The cheese pizza was overcooked as well, lookedas though the grand babies cut it, and not sure why the cheese shifted to one side. The chicken pizza had the same shift ofcheese and ingredients. Also, they must have been training the new girl how to cut a pizza and then how to vote in squares onthe same pizza. The boneless wings were supposed to be honey Bar B que. Hmmm.....I don't think we said to hold the sauce. Thesecond set of photos was the replacements in comparison to what was originally made. We decided to drive the extra few miles toFairfield and pick up. Thanks to the Fairfield location for taking pride in what they do and ensuring the customer issatisfied! In summary, stay away from this location drive to Fairfield or somewhere else, unless you want to waste your money???? and Doncare about quality! In my opinion, the presentation is key. Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We called @ 7:06pm to place an order. 8:12pm we called checking on our order. When you call the "store"... ph# you're actually getting the call center. Every rep said they were sending me to the store! I talked to 12 reps! I askedthem to stay on the line when they xfer me to the store. The 1st 9 reps claimed they couldn't stay do that, but rep #10 offeredto stay on the line when he xfrd the call. And that's the only time I got the store & the woman at Pizza Hut hung up on me! Called back & spoke w/ reps 11 & 12 We finally got our luke warm, hard nasty melts @ 9:06pm! 2hrs after placing the order. Thestore was rerouting the calls xfrd from the call center back to the call center. Pizza Hut do not deserve my business.Especially not the 1 on 10591 Springfield Pike Cincinnati OH. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I'll put pizza sauce, pepperonis & cheese on bread & toast it before I order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
