Let?s talk about horrible customer service. Vehicles wrapped around the building the doors unlocked after entering the building... there was eight people standing in line at the counter. A drive through customer apparently his order was incorrect he steppedto the counter and very politely and a nice south tone and mention that he didn?t receive something in his order The financemanager yelled at the customer screaming ? you gonna has to wait? Rude I can understand why this location only have one and ahalf stars and it has nothing to do with unlike other employees this service was just unacceptable. The young lady who took herorder very nice and very polite but that manager she don?t need to be managing nothing but Elvis and trash cans I hate to say itbut it?s true it?s only thing she needs to be manager she can?t even talk to the customer in a nice friendly tone or manner Read more
I keep giving this place chances but i cant anymore. I came in and purchased 24 pieces for a Church even. The chicken was burned... all of it and tasted burnt. It was also not crispy at all, like they put too many pieces in at 1 time.My guess is the Grease wasold. I ordered online for in store pick up. They had the doors locked so I had to go to the drive thru and wait. Staff kept asking my... name but weren?t communicating very well. My food was gross. The chicken was so soggy and greasy not crispy at all! I?ve NEVERhad Popeyes this bad. The red beans and rice were bland, the fries were over cooked, the shrimp were hard as rocks and greasy!Clearly the grease Was old. I?m so mad I wasted my money on that bs. I should?ve known better than to go to that location. Thatwas my first and last time going there. They need to shut down and get a whole new staff and train them properly. I love popeyes, but this location is such a mess. I asked for spicy tenders, no combo. They charged me for the combo and didn?t... even give me spicy tenders! The employees didn?t seem rude though, so hopefully they are improving. Always room for improvement. Read more
Great visit ! Of course you're lucky if a Popeyes lobby is open these days, but this one is. The man at the counter was... excellent at his job..... would be a fine example of how to interact with the customer of any restaurant. And my food was allgood, though I will have to remember to get a large red beans and rice next time since the servings are pretty small anymore. But I'll be back. ???? Read more
The place was out of spicy chicken and could not give receipt which is an issue for me since I need them for taxes.they didn't... have reg side containers and gave me cups of mashed potatoes. I ordered for our girlfriend lunch. So I had to repack everythingbecause of the cups being tonbig for lunch pale. Read more
I went to the drive thru and when I paid for my order which was a two piece dinner I was told that they had to fry new chicken... and would be about 10 minutes. There was already another car pulled over waiting for chicken also. Then more after that andthere was no room for everyone hardly because so many waiting with me. I found out they were operating with only one fryer andhad also locked the entrances to the restaurant. After about 15 minutes I got my food and got out of there. Read more
This place has the potential to be great. The manager has great customer service and even with complaints, the vibes aren't... negative. They just need firm authority and to train the children they hire. Because it's obvious the little girl needs help,and they need more then one cook.
