Potbelly is my new favorite Soup & Sandwich spot! I tell my boss & co-workers about them all the time and my family! Also Daniel... IS Awesome!!! Everytime I go in there I look to see if he is working. The first time I went I met him, and he has such a funpersonality! Daniel brightens my day!! You better keep Daniel forever maybe even make him your mascot or put him incommercials!! All of Potbelly's soups are FANTASTIC!! Also the COOKIES! I can never just get one.. Shhh don't tell my fitnesscoach. We need a Potbelly next door to every Starbucks! That would be a perfect world! I bet it would even bring world peace.EVERYONE IS GETTING POTBELLY FOR CHRISTMAS!!! First. I love the potbelly's sandwich. I have been eating them since 1995 on Lincoln Ave in Chicago. I love when I get a... chance to eat a wreck. It is lightly cooked and so good. The mustard. The mayo. The pickles and the peppers. The peppers arethe best part. Well... That is the rub. Another company that ties the hands of their employees. They were out of peppers. But the weren't. Friendly crew! There?s 3 women who the window from time to time, they do an outstanding job. The food is different and always... cooked fresh. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good lunch. Read more

Always wanted to check the place out when visiting... Not sure if two adults and two kids was worth $27. Online kids Menu... differs from actual menu, no combos, all ala carte. With a name like potbelly I guess we expected pulled pork or barbecue. Noprices listed on menu board inside except for a few items. Read more
Soooo tasty, was in the area and wanted to try out the mason location and was impressed. Employees were friendly and restaurant... was clean. Only thing I can complain about is the plastic cups for water just annoying but overall enjoyed the experience. Read more
We came to the store at 8pm on 11/22. The worker said they were out of turkey, lettuce, tomato, and a few other things. What... kind of sandwich shop is out of those things?! They weren't. I'm sure they just didn't want to get any more stuff cut up andready. They were open for another hour. The manager needs to pay better attention to the employees. This could have easilybeen an $100 order for our family of 6, but instead they are paying employees to just sit around and not work. We won't be backto this location. Read more
