Bad pickup experience. Restaurant had one other customer, also waiting,still my order took 10 min longer than quoted. Cashier... Put two cold bottled beverages in the food bag with hot sandwiches and soup and acted annoyed when I asked where they were.Ordered double meat for $5 extra and it?s ONLY MEAT. Never going back. Me and my BF went in for the first time on 7/20/2022 to try it out. So glad that we did! Not only were our sandwiches made to... perfection with a lot of love, but, Elise, Eryne and Trinity treated us with the best service we?ve had in awhile. I?d give them 0 stars if I could! I ordered a mobile order. Pickup was at 12:26. I?m at work so I went to get the food on break.... There was 2 girls in front of me, no big deal. We stood there for 20 mins! One girl finally got hers. So that left me and oneother girl. A guy walks in after we been standing there for 20 mins and in 2 mins gets his food! The other girl canceled herorder. One my sandwiches was done just sitting there, I told them to canceled my order I had to go back to work. He said theother sandwhich just got in over which you could see the oven and it WAS NOT! The workers has no motivation to be there what soever! They had the attitude of like omg why am I here. I never been there so i wanted to try it and that will be my last timegoing there! Don?t tell me my order will be ready at 12;26 and 20 mins later only 1 sandwhich was done and been sitting on thecounter when the other sandwhich wasn?t even put into the oven yet. Read more
This is a former employee of this store leaving a review. I know people rarely buy the hot peppers but as an employee I learned... to love these things however the fact that I got one that literally expires today is ridiculous you can check the expire dateson the jar before you hand them to a Customer. This place is a JOKE!!! Decided to try this place since the advertising showed more meat and all that. Well I ordered the BLTA... and wow, 5 pieces of half burnt/half under cooked bacon, frozen onions and the kicker..."fresh sliced avocado" was maybe ateaspoon of brown mush. I ordered it to go and went with my daughter not even 4 mins down the road. When I tried to take itback, they told me there was nothing they could do because I left. I was literally gone less than 10 mins. Not enough time for"fresh sliced avocado" to turn into brown mush. You can see the pictures I took. No bacon and brown mush. The girls there actedlike they could just not be bothered. I even told them when we first walked in that it was our first time there. We were ignoredthe first 5 minuets we stood waiting to order. We were actually walking back to the door when they stopped us. Only reason Istayed was because my daughter really wanted to try it. Not worth it. In terms of sandwich shops, I would rate Potbelly up there with Jimmy John's and Jersey Mikes, but better than both. The subs... are made fresh with generous portions of meat and cheese. The toppings are always of great quality and they add just the rightamount too. I always get The Wreck, but decided to try the mac and cheese this time as well, and was very pleasantly surprisedwith how good it was. I'd even say it's better than Chick-fil-A's mac and cheese.
