I was once a everyday customer. I can't anymore. The service, quality and... Everything has gone down hill in the last 5 years.... Once the cookies were baked fresh everyday. Now you're luck to get 2 day old cookies. Once you could walk in at 10am for a freshhot meal. I walked in today and got two day old cookies and a absolute cold soup and a uncooked sandwich. Done. My favorite sandwich is The Wreck. Delicious. Sandwiches come in 3 sizes, and I find the "skinny" (smallest size) to be quite... adequate. My personal preference is their whole wheat bread, but the white is good. Usual toppings are free (lettuce, mustard,onions, tomatoes, oil, Italian spices, pickles, etc.). Extra charge for other toppings like bacon and avocado. A variety ofindividually portioned sized bagged chips, including spicy varieties. The chocolate milkshakes are always a big hit with myfamily. They also serve soups, which we have never tried. Next time, I'll get the broccoli cheese. Soda pop and iced tea areself serve and all-you-can drink. There are also specialty beverages in a separate cooler. Overall, prices arefair. Atmosphere is eclectic, based on turn of the 19th century decor. Every store always contains at least one antique potbellied stove. Regular tables and chairs, along with some high-top tables, are adequate. No booths at this location. Read more
I love Potbelly's! The workers greet everyone that comes in the door and they are genuinely cheerful, so it's very welcoming. ... All my orders have been made quickly and correctly. Great service! The Mediterranean is so good! Today I just wanted the potato salad and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie though.... The potato salad is always just right. Not to salty or sweet. I love it. The cookies are so good. I keep getting the same kind.I need to try the chili. My store general manager had some and it looked hearty and good. Great place. Ok so my dasher stole my order and then cancelled it himself! I'm a nurse and can't leave my unit since I'm the only one on it.... I called Potbelly because I had ordered it through them and not Door Dash. They had just been alerted that it got cancelled andassured me it had been picked up and that that was probably what happened, it being stolen. The GM said he was going to remakeit all for me himself and then he personally drove it over to me! Give this man a raise or a big bonus because he went out ofhis way as a GM. And my food was the BEST I've had from any Potbelly hands down. This location has a life customer. Read more
