Sandwich very dry and not good. Service ok. Very loud. Felt it was dirty inside. Too expensive for what you get.
Reasonably good sandwiches heated through a conveyor over. Prices are steep for a sandwich shop.
First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I got... the Pizza Melt and some broccoli cheddar soup, everything was very good. The cookie I got was huge and the perfect dessert afterour meal. We'll definitely be back to try other stuff because there's a good amount of options! Read more

I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole... restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked thegesture and that is what customer service should be like. Read more
