Food was fresh, however, things have changed in a complicated way. There is now an AI/automated machine that takes your order. I... will admit, I was impressed. It did a really good job and I hate those things. However, after I paid for my meal, I had todrive around to the other window which was complicated. The driveway isn't made for a sharp turn into that left drive area topick up food. It was kind of weird, different and uncomfortable as I worried about damage to my car. Read more

New automated drive thru voice. Yet the order was not correct The meat is scarce and taste funny. Not the Rally's it use to be.
Im giving this place a 1 star because the last 6 times ive been to this place ive gotten nothing but hard chicken bites and... soggy fries. Would have had a picture but i gave it all to my dog. Read more
Zero stars. Poor management and our food tasted old as if it was siting in grease until served.. I don't recommend this... location anymore. Plus pay your employees more so they care about their job. Read more
Very happy that it was open and could finally get 2 big buffered meals. Seems the place has a very hard time keeping employees... or ones that want to work. Most times told that their register are down or no people and they refuse to make or sell anythingbut sit in there cars and make a pay check. Read more
Place needs closed. It?s nasty. The people are nasty and rude. Took 10 mins of waiting, lady was audibly sighing with each word... I said. Then copped and attitude because I didn?t order a combo meal they had. Screw you. I don?t eat at Rally?s, maybe have 5times, and I won?t ever again. Cancelled my order and left. Read more
