We were in the mood for some chicken strip and picked Red Lobster in Withamsville Ohio. The food was amazing! Our hats off to... the chef today! The chicken tenders were crunchy on the outside, yet tender and moist on the inside. The rolls were so soft theymelted in our mouth. And our waitress... couldn't have been better! The good: The bartender was great and our waiter was attentive and fantastic. The rolls are as good as ever. The bad: 1 hour... and 54 minute wait for our food. We had a big group (9 people) but the wait was still ridiculous. The manager apologized.Clearly critically understaffed. The worst: The food was real bad. Nobody finished their meal. It was even worse than what youwould expect with probably one person in the kitchen. The fried food was okay but the rest of the protein was very over cooked.The broccoli was nearly raw. Bad enough that we would have sent a lot of it back if it didn't take so long to come out the firsttime. I think they are doing the best with the staffing they have but it's just not good enough. Shout out to our waitress Chloe B she was AMAZING. Super friendly, attentive, kept thedrinks flowing, and ensured the table had everything we needed. Best ceasar salad I've had in a while. Me and my friend ate here on Valentines Day. They were busy but still didn't have to wait an awful long time for a seat. The... couple that was sitting diagonal from us was using a gift card to pay for there meal and had $25 left on there card and told thewaitress to put it towards our meal, which was SUPER SWEET of them. Red lobsters has always been my favorite sit down restaurant to eat since I can remember. Now me and my husband love going here... for Date night. The biscuits are my favorite part about going there and the shrimp. Me and my husband have a bet the next timewe go there for endless shrimp day to see who can eat more shrimp.
