We were going to eat at Red Robins, but we have been waiting on a table for 2 for almost an hour and a half, so we left. They... were not very busy at 4 pm today we gave the girl our number, and she said maybe 30 min. After 30 minutes went buy and we sawothers getting seated right away. I went back up to a different girl that was hosting and she just blew me off to say we are onthe list. Still no text to be seated and we are now sitting at a different restaurant. Was greeted with we are understaffed can you wait 15 min to be seated? Sure, no problem. Seated, ordered once server came out.... Food came out pretty fast for them being under staffed, burger was burnt, overheard another table which ended up sending it backand didn't get it back until they were ready to leave so I ended up just eating around the burnt part(all the edges). Fries wereOK, fried pickles were pretty good, my complaint is that they were "under staffed" but the server was no where to be found, notgoing to any other tables, nothing. We saw her once when she took the order and when we were leaving only because she was takingan order for a new table. I don't think the food was worth $46 so we won't be coming back anytime soon which is a shame we usedto really enjoy coming here. Read more

If you?re a true burger fan and love thick cut fries then you have to at least try Red Robin.

Went in today 8/19/22 for lunch with my sister and we weren?t greeted at the door we waited a few minutes before walking into... the restaurant to the bar area. Nobodies at the bar but there are two men who looked like managers, I ask are they seating thebar they both walk about 10 feet away like they are looking for the schedule and proceed to have the personal conversation theywhere already having. Basically dine at your own risk. If you want to be ignored and or receive subpar service by all meansenjoy!!! Food was decent. Restaurant in horrible shape. Walk in on hardwood, extremely sticky. Next on to tile. Even more sticky. The red... and black Carpet is mostly black and sticky like walking on gum. Servers did well and food was decent. But restaurant prettygross. Read more

We had to wait for a table and was told it would take 15 minutes. It actually took less than that. A message was sent to my... phone and I was able to reply to the text rather or not my family were still interested in eating here. I love that as anoption. Also, I am on a raw vegetables, fruit and nut diet. I was able to make up a salad and add food to it that wouldn't hurtmy fast without any attitude or problems. The salad was HUGE, fresh and fulfilling. Definitely will be returning for a burgerwhen my fast is over ???????????????? Lastly, the waitress and the waiter at the front door was AWESOME! Both were verypatient, welcoming and friendly. Again, I WILL DEFINITELY be returning! UPDATE: Take out take about half hour, If you order instore. They will tell you fifteen minutes but it will NOT! I requested ketchup and for two meals, I only received 4 packages. Iwas so ready to go home that I didn't bother asking for more. However, the food was fresh and cooked accordingly. Thepresentation was very inviting, almost like what you would see in a commercial. So while it took time, the freshness of the mealand preparation made up for it. Although the wait was about 40 minutes that was nothing compared to the surrounding restaurants that quoted 2-3 hours. They were... understaffed but rocked like absolute champions! The wait for the food wasn't bad considering all the headless chickens (notliterally, but restaurants get chaotic when servers are stretched thin) The spinach dip and pineapple wings were fantastic andthe Royal Burger was such a delightful mess!! Yummy. Oscar took excellent care of us and he was a very efficient headlesschicken, server, busser, host. I know I sound sarcastic but I was a server for years and this was legitimately a greatexperience from a very hard working staff. Times are hard for food service workers and this group of employees is keeping itrunning great. Anybody who gives a poor review is impatient, selfish and not understanding. Don't listen to them.
