Love this location! I placed an online order this morning to pick up after work. I arrived an hour earlier than expected to pick... it up and they were able to put it together for me. Twice a year I have to visit this place because of a birthday request. However, it?s painful to deal with the staff! They are... the most impersonal people I have ever met! Cold, unfriendly and ?doing you a favor attitude.? And, their pastries have noprices by the items. I always feel like I?m at their mercy. When I worked at Mercy hospital their pastries always seemed driedand old and I was always aware of the negative comments; but they had the contract. This place is one of my favorites in all of Cincinnati and one of the few places I visit every time. The staff is always so... friendly and the food is divine. I love their pretzels and garlic cheese, but all of their desserts are equally delicious. Ifyou choose one bakery to go to in Cincinnati, it should definitely be this one. Read more
