I simply called today 11/28/21 to ask what thier diesel price was and a woman answered and said she didn't no the price then a... man got on the phone and I said I'm wanting to know your diesel price because I'm going to get 70 gallons of fuel, both of themtold me they didn't know and I asked if they could look at the sign but they said no and hung up on me!! WOW! I couldn't believehow rude they were especially to a customer wanting to buy that much diesel fuel. I'm a truck driver and I use Gas Buddy app andsometimes the prices go up so I try to call and verify 1st and have never been treated this way. I don't pull a trailer I justbobtail so I can get my diesel at local gas stations because truck stops are so much higher, but thier diesel price is listed onGas Buddy at $3.35 a gallon and that was the cheapest I found so naturally I wanted to just simply call and verify that was theprice still, not expecting the rude customer service I received! I would give a 0 start review if I could. I stood in line, forgot my mask, there were at least 5-6 other people in the store... without masks, on and the man talk my order in McDonald?s said I had to have a mask on to be in the building. Refused to take myorder. So I walked out to my car and found one, lost my spot in line, and then stood waiting for another 15- 20 minutes watchingwhile most of the employees were running around behind the counter with their masks pulled down to their chin. ???????????
