Been going here for years. Today showed how to end a customer relationship. Went to drive thru, had a new girl working it. She... almost forgot half my food but this was corrected. Unfortunately when I got home I realized they forgot to give me mysoda. Oops. No big deal. I'll just call them and get it next time or a discount for the amount. Guy.puts me on hold to go getthe manager, after almost 10 minutes I hung up and called back. Manager answers and apologizes, they're busy. Understandable. Itell him the problem, he asks if I'm coming back. I tell him, no just give me the drink or the money off next time. He says theydon't do "credits". Either they mail me something or I come back. For a $3 soda. Really. Either I waste $5 a gallon gas or theywaste time and money mailing me a coupon that they could easily take care of on my next visit. Lol! Incredible way to treatloyal customers for their mistake. You took my money then make me jump through hoops to get what I paid for. Oh well, it's only$3 but the negative experience will stick with me. It will be a while before I return.if at all. There's always canned skyline. Read more
With the older style arches and architectual flourishes, this skyline is a throw back to my past. The 5 way was up to the... skyline standard, service was prompt, and the staff were kind. Very, very good. Read more
After my first visit to Skyline Chili, I can see why this is a Cincinnati staple. The food portions were good and if you're not... a fan of Chili, Skyline has plenty of other options. Service was nice, and it was cool to see them ready the meals in the centerof the Dining Room. If you're into Family Dining, go stop at Skyline and have yourself a good time. Read more
