The employees are so sweet and nice I tried to give them a tip but they didn’t have a jar. They dealt with some not great... customers extremely well especially those without masks. One guy didn’t have a mask and I kept moving away from him, thecashier could tell I was uncomfortable and asked him politely to go get a free mask from up front. They are so efficient andfriendly I wish I was friends with them. Please treat these employees with respect and gratitude. Read more
I. Love. Starbucks. I really think it is the best coffee chain around. Anytime I am shopping and there is a starbucks close by,... i have to grab something to drink. This location is one of my favorites because everyone is always friendly and they have alwaysmade my drinks perfectly. I love the variety of the menu. The baristas charge incorrectly, I was charged $.80 for a splash of almond milk, when I’ve only ever been charged for milk... substitutes in lattes as you should. Also I went there 15 minutes before they closed to get a water and they were quite busy andone of the baristas with blonde hair had said “what time do we close? 15 minutes? Oh right” very loudly so customers couldhear as well as slamming blenders and steaming pitchers. She then proceeded to say “thank god I'm not wearing my f**king nametag.” I’m a starbucks barista myself and almost every time I go there I watch them make drinks incorrectly. The place isclean but more than half of the baristas themselves have AWFUL attitudes and clearly weren’t trained correctly as baristas orin customer service. Read more
I was so happy to see a Starbucks near me. First time I ordered a mocha frappe and I swear I was just drinking chocolate syrup.... Today I went to order the same thing and was told they are out of frappe items and can't make any today. 2 trips both times nothappy. Read more
Starbucks rarely disappoints and if they happen to not be on their top game, they remedy it immediately. The cashiers and... barristas are always friendly. They may get slammed for being a chain, but there is something to be said for consistently goodcoffee. I'm particularly enjoying their cold brew creations lately. I do miss the cascara cold foam cold brew, though. It wasseasonal, but it would be EXCELLENT as a permanent addition to the menu! Read more
