Horrible service I go to Starbucks everyday in Cincinnati and throughout the tri-state area sometimes two times a day I get the... same thing for over a year now I get light eyes because my whole drink usually ends up being nice this is the only place to everserve it to me halfway full and say it's because you ordered it with light ice what about the extra foam I had added and shot ofexpresso that should have made up for the light ice so why was my drink literally halfway full and I don't even have trash cansin the lobby Read more
If you're going to have people waiting in a long line to get their order, at least have the courtesy to make it right. I don't... know what this is but it's not coffee. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and there's nothing caramel about it. For such a busylocation you should make sure that your baristas are well trained on how to make drinks.
