They have never made my drink right. One time there was a bug in it too.
I give places like this multiple chances to make sure its not just certain personnel that are incompetent, but unfortunately... it's been four times in the month of January that this starbucks has: - Given me an incorrect drink. - Made me wait for mydrink while others that were behind me in line got their's first. - Shorted my drink (ordered a large mocha but only filled itup half way) It's unfortunate that on a college campus these are the highest quality candidates that were chosen and representthe company as well as the school. Tonight when I arrived at Langsam I decided to get a drink before getting work done. I ordered my drink at 8:48 and did not... receive my drink until 9:04. My first thought when I got in line was that the barista ringing me up was rude and seemed annoyedI was getting in line near close. There were a few other customers who ended up getting in line right after me. The same baristakept taking orders, but there were two other baristas who did not come to help her making drinks nor ring anyone up. One of thebaristas cleaning was mopping the floors and wiping down the table w/ stirring sticks, sugar, etc, while the other was doingother tasks in the back. Continuing to clean was basically pointless considering clean up would need to be done again after allcustomers had received their drinks. After a few minutes the lone barista actually serving customers began working on drinksagain while the other baristas continued not to do their own thing. I did hear the barista helping out customers say she did notknow how to make a few drinks, but again she did not have help until the barista was finished cleaning. Around 8:56 someone cameup to the register to order, but the barista who was cleaning told him they were closed (without looking at the clock) unless hewanted something other than a frappuccino. Again around 8:58 two customers came up and were able to order, but a girl whoarrived at 8:59 was told they were closed. I believe this completely unprofessional. While I understand the frustration ofcustomers coming near close it should be about the customer, especially when customers are arriving before close time. Read more
By far the worst starbucks on campus. Has seriously declined in the past 3 years. The floor is always filthy. The drinks are... never made correctly and rarely taste consistent if they are. Wait time is unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more
It's always clean and the people are always nice no matter how busy they've been that shift. They just don't get proper order... sizes for the amount of business they get. They always are out of at least a few things. But they really work with you to stillhelp you get what you wanted despite the missing items. Read more
This Starbucks consistently makes drinks incorrectly, and today it took over 20 minutes to get my drink.

Horrible. They put out a single drink every 5 minutes. The workers are literally just standing there doing nothing. I had to... tell them they had oatmilk in stock because they didn?t know until I pointed to it. Need to fire the entire staff. Read more
