Little ragged, but love this location & people. CAN still redeem 150 stars for free beverage and carts all have dual... cupholders! DOWNSIDES: Bakery/food will COST YOU TRIPLE STARS (at least)! It's 150 stars instead of normal 50. CANNOT redeemfree bonus items (from game rewards,birthday item, etc), even with the barcode. CANNOT use 400 stars to buy any Starbucks merchlike in standalone Starbucks. Lastly, if you use stars to redeem a free drink, but then add extras (like espresso shot), CANNOTjust redeem the additional 50 stars. Any "extras" will cost you cash and the 150 stars. That said, this store gets me to Target,and Target gets me to this store. Usually still my 1st choice. Worth the trip. And FYI, don't try coming first or last thing,they likely won't be set up yet or they will be breaking it down, so gap your time. Read more
Just got an order from this store. Coworker picked up. Unfortunately they only filled the cup half way. When I called the... response was to bring it back. Are you serious.? It would have been nice to at least offer a new drink on my next visit. Verypoor service!! Read more
Was never a big Starbucks fan in the past. I like local family owned businesses. Just my personal preference. However getting... espresso is not always easy to find at local businesses. In my area on the West side it is a little easier. However, when I amout and about I know I can stop by and get an espresso. Over time I may find local places with espresso away from my area but atleast I can count on Starbucks. Read more

Ordered a strawberry frapp and watched her make it. She put the strawberry infusions in it. I work at starbucks and was also... trained by a Starbucks corporate store manager. The drink is supposed to be made with strawberry purée milk and the cream base.Blended then put on top of more strawberry purée then with whipped cream on it. I was dissatisfied and didn?t have time to geta refund because I had to go to my mother in laws birthday dinner. But I was satisfied with how fast it came out. Two people that were working there were nice and friendly with everyone even though there were 4 people in line. They were quick... in taking our order while taking the time to have a little talk with each of us while we were waiting. I definitely liked thatthey were super nice and it was actually pleasurable talking with them. Read more
