We stopped in for an afternoon pick me up last Friday and the drinks were tasty! The guy working the drive thru window was... apologetic for the wait but the service was actually pretty fast! He was kind and the staff was very quick with our drinks so noapology was needed. It was exactly the afternoon boost we needed! Read more
I ordered two things from the drive thru. 1. A Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino- this was 5 stars!!!!! 2. A chicken, cheese,... pesto sandwhich on ciabatta. That was horrible! This sandwich sounds better than it tastes????. It was so horrible that I threwit away and ordered McDonald's. ???? Which wasn't any better. I need to cook my own food????????? They don?t listen to you if you ask for something specific especially the hairy one. It?s best to just order a drink exactly as... it comes. They have a TERRIBLE system, you can legit wait for 10-20 minutes for a mediocre drink or a drink not made the way youasked. The actual cafe is pretty nice and well designed. I say drive the extra few minutes and go to Tri County and visit theirlocation they actually listen and have a great turnaround time. Read more
I love this star bucks, the staff I'd always friendly, and the coffee is always fresh, they never get my order wrong, and... everything is always served with a smile. The team that runs this location is always quick and efficient as well. I would saythe only thing I'm not the biggest fan of is the drive thru/ parking lot. It's not always the cleanest and it's very difficultto park and drive in. But it never has taken away from me wanting to get my coffee there. Read more
Here recently, the drive thru takes at least 10 + minutes, and when you pull up employees are chit chatting with each other... while you get to watch the barista make the drink for the car behind you. A few process improvements and service metricmonitoring would be a great place to start. Returned a year later - it?s even longer in the drive thru. Decent place but you're not going to have fun inside unless you're not the type who minds flies buzzing by all the time. The... drinks I got were nice too. Interestingly the barista made the drinks and didn't tell us they were ready until another onebrought it for us but maybe it was a long day for her. We all have those. Read more
