This Starbucks is my everyday go to. All time best Starbucks coffee in the city, beautiful surrounding landscape and a nice... place to get a coffee and go for a walk. Usually very happy with this location. However, ordered a mobile order and requested a water at pick up. I was told we have to... put the order in and make drinks in order. I get it - but if Starbucks is going to start enforcing this, they need to add awater option back into the app. Completely defeats the purpose of order ahead. Read more
I haven't been in Starbucks in Mariemont this past year. If I did it was for a pickup. Today I went inside to order and was... welcomed with "How are you? Good to see you". This location has a great staff. Very personal and friendly. They know you byfirst name. The coffee isn't to bad either. Read more
Like its Starbucks you know? While the coffee is good and the people are certainly friendly this is not the 'roasted at home'... taste you might get from an independent place (like Deeper Roots). This being said, commercialism at its finest has afforded andSUPER fast turnaround time for orders and a very convenient mobile app to boot. As for this particular location, everything isvery clean and everyone I have spoken to is welcoming in the typical (modern) Starbucks fashion. Beautifully themed Starbucks in Mariemont. I think its Tudor style architecture. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. No drive... thru here; this feels like a neighborhood coffee shop rather than a mega chain store. Staff here were not pleasant at all,especially the one working the register. Disappointed as this is the first Starbucks that I've been to in a long time where thestaff was not at least courteous. It was a very hot day. No one really looked that happy. The staff is rude and passive aggressive. They almost never have my drink ready when I order online and claim they ?don?t have a... ticket? that?s not my problem, I?m a paying customer with a receipt to show what I ordered. I usually love their protein boxlunches and today the grapes and cheese were moldy. Very disappointed. Read more
