Hey guys, for those that just moved to this area like me, if you do not know, apparently, stopping by to get starbies two times... a day is an offensive act toward this Asian girl who works there. Everyone was fine and everything was fine until I came in tomake my second order and received this trashy attitude and unwelcoming backbar gossips for absolutely no reasons. Some peoplereally are miserable out there and I don?t understand why work for a place where customer service is the most prominent if shecan?t even keep it to herself. Especially, getting a drink has really nothing to do with her but giving my money away so thesepeople can get paid. Perhaps take your business else where or get your drinks early during the day because I don?t think thisgirl can handle herself. Read more

Lady working the window with all the tattoos was very rude. I asked for a straw she kind of snatched as if she felt bothered it... and didn't say anything. Then as I was preparing to drive off, I saw her go over and whisper something to her co worker, theyhadn't realize I was still in the drive thru. They both looked silly with the "caught " expression on their face ! She asked ifI needed anything else and I rolled the window up and drove off ! Oh yea and my order was an online order! This place is gross and my drinks are always sloppy. Tried giving this place one more chance and I wasted 20 min (and eventually... 6 bucks on a drink) going to this place and waiting in that long a.. line just to not even drink the drink because the cashierat the window was gross. She touched her face (nose) eww..) and her mask and then touched my drink. I threw that drink in thetrash. Didn't bother drinking it bc I was grossed out by her. One of the few Starbucks locations where drive through is significantly faster than in store. Had to leave without my order... because it took so long. Also had my girlfriend wait 15 min for a bagel because they threw out her order ticket. Read more
I recently came through this starbucks and had a horrible experience with an employee. I believe her name was tabitha, she was... extremely rude and impatient when I was just trying to clarify my drink order as I have allergies and didn't want to trigger areaction. I was honestly surprised with how she spoke to me as someone who works in the food industry. I won't be visitingstarbucks again for a while. Read more
