The workers are very polite, however the 3 or 4 times I?ve come to this location, I asked for oat milk due to a dairy allergy... and every. Single. Time. I was given regular milk causing me to breakout and get sick. The fact that they charge extra for oatmilk and I didn?t get that is frustrating. Unfortunately, I?ve never had time to go back inside to rectify the mistake because Itypically only visit this location when im heading into work. Read more
The staff is always nice and welcoming! I come to Starbucks to study. The music is so loud I can?t even think. If it not raining... I will go outside but sometimes I would like to set inside. Can y?all please turn down the music just a tad bit? Read more

The location is average to almost below average in regards to drive thru access, the sales associates customer service level and... also the product being made by the associates. To start off, the drive thru is connected to an intersection and seeing thatStarbucks is very popular, world wide , not sure what sense it made to construct this drive thru as is. Secondly , theassociates attitudes are very drained and nonchalant , no one wants to do business somewhere they don?t feel welcome. And lastlyand most importantly, my iced soy chai with caramel drizzle never comes out perfect like they do at other locations. Today ,6/14/22, I just received iced soy chai? no caramel. Yes it?s minor but I requested a drink customized a certain way, and for $6,I should be getting just what I requested. This will probably be the last day I settle for this Starbucks location just becauseit?s close to home. Someone needs to send in corporate ASAP. Read more
It was 1pm on a Saturday and there were 4 cars in the drive through. It took 15 minutes just to get to the window and then we... still had to wait awhile to get our 2 coffees, banana bread and breakfast sandwich. The girl at the drive through counter wasvery personable and told us a few jokes but it was sad she had to stall and entertain us because it was taking so long. Theywere also out of two of the things we tried to order. Overall what we got was good but the wait was too long considering itwasn't a peak time. Read more
It is a nice location where Starbucks branch was really needed. However, the interior looks a little boring as compared to the... standard Starbucks. It is unusually cold even in winter and dark. More light will definitely help make it look better. Anotherproblem would be small parking lot. So, if you see it full from the street, you should go across the street and park there. Read more
I come to Just to get a Vanilla Bean Frap with caramel drizzle and they are always good but the one I got today was made... perfectly! The line for the drive thru was long but it always moves quickly and today was no exception. Thank you. Read more
