I enjoy subway a lot. The subway on delhi is great! I have never had a bad experience eating here. The staff is always smiling... and they make sure you are taken care of. Online ordering was a joke. Neither sandwich made how we requested it! It was basic, lettuce instead of spinach. No banana... peppers.. no mayo. Also they DONT HONOR REDEEMING ANYTHING FROM THE APP! This subway is quick and the workers working, are very attentive and really have the "sub building" down to an art. Food also... tasted very fresh and was good. All in all 5 stars easy. Read more
Shouldn't have to call down an employee when I'm one of the only cars in the parking lot because I'm in a MAROON HATCHBACK and... the closest thing your app has to that is a RED SEDAN, and when I do have to pointedly call them down, I surely expect more of acustomer friendly response than "it says red sedan" while rudely waving the print off in my face. Doesn't help that my order wasentirely wrong as well. Will not be coming back. Read more
I have never had a bad experience here until today me and my girlfriend had placed a pick up order, and she ran in to pick up... the food and she went to grab chips (that we ordered) and the guy working accused her of stealing. Then they messed up mysandwich and to top the cake there is a clump of hair in my cookie. I called to complain about the food and the guy was veryrude and told me he could only refund me for the cookie even tho our food was messed up and told me in order to give me a refundat all I would have to bring it back to the store so he could take a picture of it and send it to his boss, well here's yourpicture DISGUSTING!!!
