In a world where five star restaurant ratings are rare to be able to provide? I have to give this Subway five stars. Admittedly... when I went in for lunch, I was very hot and in a mood from trying other places that were either WAY too slow or closed on the4th of July. I'd not been to a Subway in a while and was flabbergasted by the price increases, but that's not on the front lineemployees. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. They were working *very* hard. If not making orders, theywere stocking and cleaning. It was startling to see such a work ethic these days...sadly. The meatball sandwich was SO SO good,just as I remember from last time I was at a Subway. Love the addition these days of the provolone! Many took forever to addthat. Thank you to the staff! The worst subway ever. I order online (italian herb and cheese tuna sandwich). I am not sure what I got. Maybe stone and mustard... sandwich. The bread was as hard as stone, and there was nothing inside, just the mustard and sweet onion. The worst subwaylocation ever!!!! Read more

Placed an online order. They tell me they dont have it. I show them confirmation email, with confirmation payment information,... and they continue to refuse me. They did not honor my order and sent me packing. Meanwhile I paid. Still no sandwich in hand.What kind of pump and dump operation are you running here? I gave Subway another chance after getting food poisoning last year and never receiving the gift cards I was promised. So here... is feedback from my most recent experience with a different location: "I placed a pick up order through the app but didn'treceive double bacon on my BLT. Nor did I receive the extra banana peppers, jalapenos, and pickles; instead got less than thebare minimum of all three. I frequent this location and have never received such sad pathetic sandwiches. My seafood sensationwas sparse and missing the mayonnaise so not only was it skimpy but dry as well. Had little to NO meat on my sandwich watched the guy fill the meat cup a quarter way asked why and he said ALL SUBWAY's do which... is a lie because I'm at subway 2xs a week. Not happy and I would never recommend. This is my 3rd issue with this Subway firsttime complaining. Read more
