Disappointing. Anderson is missing authentic Japanese and Korean cuisine, and I'm sad to say SushiNati is just another... asian-fusion shop that misses the mark on the most important factor, flavor! It all starts with rice. The cornerstone of manyAsian dishes and oddly, the most often overlooked ingredient in Asian fusion restaurants. In both the sushi and bibimbap, therice was completely unseasoned. The ingredients were fresh, easily deserving two stars. However, the lack of attention toauthentic flavors and finesse will prevent me from returning to or recommending SushiNati. Lastly, the service althoughfriendly, was unorganized and verbal tension between staff was visible, concerning and off-putting. For reference, had takeouton a Sunday evening. Read more

I've gone here for a while. Every time I've gone the food has been above average. And the rolls aren't terribly expensive. If... you're looking for good sushi for a good price, I'd suggest Sushinati. Read more

Love SushiNati. It's not the best sushi I have had in my life but for the price you can't beat it.

This is a great place for sushi if you like the tempura crust. I love that they have custom rolls named after the region. I also... really like the Ramen and Udon noodle dishes, but my kids find them a bit spicy. It is a small restaurant and the staff is veryfriendly. Prices have come down in the past couple years, which makes it more affordable. Overall, we consider this a staple ifwe are in the area and want sushi. Read more

My girlfriend and I were in the area so we decided to try out sushinati, so we decided to order over $200 worth of sushi for... takeout. When we got there, we paid in cash and the 2 young white ladies who were the hostess checked us out and seemed unhappyafter we paid. They told us our food would be ready in 20minutes, so we walked around the plaza and came back pick up our food.We got our food and went out the front and opened it up to make sure we had everything. Then we found out we were missing 10pieces sashimi, so I went in and let them know that we were missing it and they gave me a dirty look saying that they gave useverything with an rude attitude and checked the receipt and realized they were wrong and told us they have it out for us. Thenthe hostess came out and gave us the missing order and told us "Next time you guys order over $200 worth of food, you guysshould tip next time because it's really rude of you guys but whatever". Then she walked off and made snarky comments. We wereappalled and in disbelief from what she had said. We ordered take out and did not dine in. We were not served. Had we dined inand order this amount of food, we definitely would have tipped 20%. This customer service has had me an awe. I will never everbe returning to this restaurant. This is my first and last time coming to sushinati. I will not recommend this place to anyoneever. I will not be coming back to this establishment. We just ate our sashimi and found multiple bones in the salmon sashimi. Read more

This is my first time trying sushi here & I had tried calling to place an order but was put on hold for over 30 minutes. After... no success to anyone getting back to us, my family and I decided to just place the order online. We went to go pick up our foodand paid cash for the entire transaction. After walking around and waiting a little bit longer for our food, we came back in topick it up. We took our food, thanked them, and went outside to check if everything was there because we live 40 minutes awayand didn’t want to miss anything that my family at home ordered. Low and behold, there was something missing and we came backin and asked for the missing item. The hostess came out, handed us our food, and gave us an entire spiel about how next time weplace a large order to-go, we should tip her and her hostess staff for their “troubles”. I am a very sensible person so Ijust let her go on and walked away. Now I know that times are tough and everyone needs a helping hand but I sure as hell willnot tip someone who did little to nothing handling my food. If I KNEW for 100% that my tip could go to the men behind the sushibar making my food or if I was able to hand my tip directly to them, THEN I would’ve tipped easily. However I know intoday’s day and age how things work, especially with immigrant workers. Don’t sound so entitled to money when you make abase minimum wage and some people don’t have that privilege. SushiNati, get a better host staff because this one is full ofentitled young white girls acting a little too racist for my liking. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, absolutelyDISGUSTING service. Will definitely never return here and will definitely be giving the owners a call. Read more

SushiNati- A must go place for sushi in Cincinnati. I was tired of eating frozen sushi from the market places and wished to try... a fresh sushi, and this place had fulfilled my wish.I really loved the sushi here..??The serving is real quick.Sushi is preparedright in front of you and served on your plate. The sushi rice is quite warm and gets melted real quick in your mouth. That’ssomething which makes us feel the real sushi.Apart from Sushi, I tried two other items like Yakimandu (fried vegetabledumplings) and Chicken fried rice. Chicken fried rice had surprised me..it is served in a bowl which is real-real hot until weate the last spoon, with a spicy and crispy egg omlet on the top. The appearance was fabulous and the taste-prettydelicious.Overall I loved this restaurant. Read more

Stopped in today for lunch with my daughter. Service was quick and the Godzilla Roll was really tasty. I asked if they could... make Udon Noodles for my 3yo daughter but hold the broth. They gladly made the change and she loved them. The server wasextremely attentive and stopped by multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. This was my first time at SushiNatiand I really enjoyed the experience. I am looking forward to trying something new off the vast menu they offer next time I'm inthe area. Read more
