The Sweet Frog in Eastgate is a family favorite! The new owners and all the staff we have interacted with have been amazing.
This used to be my go-to spot for a sweet treat, but after hearing what a woman said of her negative experience and... unprofessionalism with the owner, there's no way I'd come back here again. It's disrespectful to assume a family wouldn't cleanup after themselves. But I'm not surprised by this business. During the pandemic, their Facebook account made several posts ofclosing early due to "no one wanting to work anymore". How about you pay a living wage? Maybe then you'd have an easier timeemploying and retaining workers. Can't pay a living wage? Maybe your business shouldn't be open. But that's my own two cents??????????? I'll stick to other local ice-cream shops when I get a sweet tooth again. Read more
Great little stop for a summer cool down (or anytime)
Yummy frozen yogurt in several different flavors. Myself and my children enjoyed this. Reminded us of a store in San Francisco.
This was first time having Sweet Frog ice cream. The ice cream was great and I like how you pick the size cup you want, fill... with flavor ice cream you want and the employee puts what ever toppings on. A sundae in a cup or ice cream in a cone. You canalso fill a pint cup to take home. The only thing I didn't like before was that I bought a shirt on a previous visit and wantedan extra large. I got home and tried it on and it was a 2 extra large. I returned it and had to get my money back because theemployee didn't know when they would have extra large in again. Read more
Sweet Frog is a wonderful, family - friendly dessert shop! They always have a great selection of toppings and yogurt flavors. My... personal favorite is Cake Batter yogurt topped with cookie dough bites and chocolate chunks. I?ve been a fan for YEARS and Ihighly recommend this adorable shop to satisfy your sweet tooth.
