At 9pm on 11/25/2022 we went through the drive thru pull up and all we hear is Uber or door dash. This is where the education is... lacking. That was all the lady said nothing else. So we took our business somewhere else. They should pay for their employeeseducation before they put them in positions working with the public. So at 9pm on 11/25/2022 they only serve Uber and doordash. If this is protocol for this store they deserve to go under and close their doors. Read more
Don't be deceived. This is not a FAST food restaurant when you come by after 8:30. Paid for my order then told to move around... and wait. That's great for their drive thru metric but awful service. Read more

Spent 1 hr half waiting in and at the drive thru speaker ordered 5 soft tacos and had to wait 30 more minutes waiting for the... food in the parking lot with other customers. Same as everyone else, I had a door dash last night and I got my food and threw it away. Most times I drive through the parking... lot and there?s a bunch of workers just blowing smoke in the air mean mugging you so you don?t get in line. It used to be gooduntil a couple years ago. This is THE WORST TACO BELL OF ALL TIME. Employees hanging out the window of the drive thru smoking marijuana with customers,... employees not taking orders so they could stand around, Management not keeping basic menu items and chili's in stock. I?m convinced people are hired at this place in the evenings to do nothing but sit outside and chill. After 7:30pm FORGET about... them being open to get any food most days. But there sure will be employees outside chillin. And when they are open expect foodjust thrown together, rarely hot and fresh. Used to be great but I haven?t been able to get decent food nor service in going onyears at this point. Read more
Every time I come here, I know it's going to be about a 30 minute wait for my food and there's usually something missing from my... order. Some of the staff are rude, but others friendly- like anywhere else. The food is decent at least. Not my favorite tacobell to go to in the area. Read more
