What a joke?. Sign says open till 2 but at 1030 pm on a Saturday night We were told they were completely out of meat. I?ll bet... the meat magically appears Sunday. Staff was rude. If employees don?t wanna work they shouldn?t take a job. The employeeswere sitting at a hightop table eating instead of working. The good news is there?s other fast food available. This Taco Bell is being impacted by the labor challenges. The dining room / order / pickup counter is always closed in the... early evening making order ahead pretty useless because you have to go through the drive through which is always very slow. Additionally, on two occasions that I tried to visit, the store was having computer issues and not taking / filling orders atall even though I had already placed one via the app. For my last order, none of the Taco Bell sauces were included. Abysmal customer service! I'm not even sure how they are open still! I stood for 20 minutes+ waiting for an uber eats order, one... chick running the drive through was happily doing absolutely nothing while talking on the phone. Looked me in the eye severaltimes and didn't say a word, just kept running her mouth... they had 3 employees working at 1630 which I would consider primebusiness hour for a restaurant. I ordered from here for the first time today. Went inside to grab late lunch. I got cheesy bean and rice burrito and a crispy... taco. They were hot and fresh. Young man who took care of me was friendly, polite and working VERY hard covering multiplestations. No issues at all! Read more

Went to this location, no other customers present, drive through only, and I was told I could only get food if I order through... door dash. I asked if the only way to get food here was by paying doordash a premium and they told me yes that's correct. The girl that was working the window was rude she has red and black hair ! The manager was rude when I Starr to tell her about... her employee she gave the phone to someone else then I was hung up on. I work customer service and a manger . If they need me tocome teach them a few things . Read more
The staff was courteous, the food I did get was great ,however I didn't get my complete meal and that Mountain Dew was messed... up. It tastes like straight up carbonated water And I didn't get the cinnamon twist that were part of my combo meal. Read more
