This is the only Taco Bell I will go to. I literally get on 275 and go up two exits bc of their amazing service. Quincy was the... one at the window. I had an order for three combos, and everyone wanted substitutions. He was patient, polite, and professional.He didn't make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I didn't get the woman's name (possibly a manager?) but she was prettyawesome too. If all Taco Bells had workers like them, Taco Bell would have a better reputation. They were out of rice, ice, and nearly every other item on the menu. When I asked if the beverage would still be cold (as most... fountain machines are refrigerated) The person at the drive-thru was condescending and down right rude claiming ?we ain?t got noice, why would it be cold? The drive thru was super slow. Apparently, the drive thru person knew the people ahead of me and she chatted with them for... awhile. I ordered one soft taco, one hard shell taco and one Dorito taco. She asked if I wanted any sauce and I said "yes, mildplease". I got one soft taco and two Dorito tacos and no sauce. Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered the mistake.I sent a complaint and STILL have not heard from them. Very disappointed and I will not go to this Taco Bell again!! Read more
Placed my order on line. It took my order and $. Yet when I went down to pick up. Nobody was there. It did not say anything... about it being closed. I feel if they are not there do not take my order and $. Let your people know if you are open so that wedo not have to waste our time. Read more
