Absolutely disgusting, will never eat there again. I returned the cheese fries and gravy because the gravy was ice cold, like it... just came out of the fridge, and the fries had more salt than potato. The Rueben was terrible. It tasted like everything elsethat might have been cooked on the grill that night. It was tough, and what I would guess human flesh might taste like. The hotdogs were disgusting, and inedible. This was the worst dining experience I have had in over 20 years. I would go somewhere elseif you want to eat, otherwise the beer was good. I am guessing they don?t have enough help in the kitchen. The food is delicious. I had goetta mac 'n cheese and I ordered hanky panks to share. They were a little spicy but delicious!! I... recommend them both. They were a little busy but we were able to get a table. The service was fast and our server wasexcellent!! Definitely will go back! Read more
#cincinnatburgerweek ended my week with this lovely place on the Westside. Great food, service and ambience.
Extremely disappointing meal at what was once a favorite. For starters, I was just informed tonight that the buffalo bites would... not be returning, after being unavailable since OCTOBER, and will probably not be returning ever. Take it off the menu then!Secondly, what is with the $5.99 SIDE of fries? Came for Burger Week for a $7 "burger special", ended up being only $1 less thanthe regular priced burger since I wanted a SIDE of fries... for $6 apparently ???? Third, where exactly is the 5% food chaincharges coming from? Who does that? This is on TOP of taxes added to the bill. Really. And lastly, when we tried to check out,we sat and watched our waitress on her phone and chatting up some buddies for 10 minutes before we had to shout at her to cometake our bill. Food was pretty medium not amazing not bad. Food prices are overpriced, and with an extra 5 percent surcharge charge on top it... makes it even more at the end. For being as expensive as they are all the dishes are paper, silverware are plastic, cups areplastic throw away not what you would expect at these prices. Maybe if they swap out for dishes they wash then they can affordto cheapen prices.. and go green a bit more I can only imagine how much trash this place makes it must be awful for theenvironment ????. They do have decent portion sizes maybe slim them down a bit to adjust pricing. I ordered a half salad withchicken and it was about 15 dollars but it was really a full dinner salad in itself. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was fairly large compared to other restaurants and the bun was a pretzel... type. It was dense and good. Overall the burger was a little dry, but decent flavor. The fries were much better than the burgerand probably some of the best tasting french fries I've had in a long time. Service was a little confusing. Our waitress wasgreat, but then said she had to leave and the bar would keep an eye on us. Okay, fair enough. Well, the bar person checked on usonce then we had to go to the bar to ask for our checks after we waited a long time. We finished our meals a long while back butno one ever came back. Still find that interesting. As we left we saw our original waitress at the bar working the register. Sofood was good, service was ok and a little different than typical restaurants. Not sure what that's all about. Possibly notenough help like most places today. We will try it again sometime and select a different meal to see what it's like. It's wortha return. Thank you! Friendly sports bar with a wide selection of craft and major brewer beers. The place was packed Saturday evening and service was... a little slow, but having a drink and good company?s made this acceptable. Very interest sandwich names. This was my first time there and I had the Mac and cheese with goetta. It was very good and definitely filling. The leftovers... were my lunch for the next day. Service was very good. It is a bar type atmosphere. We got there at 4 pm when they opened on aweeknight, so they weren't busy yet. I would recommend them. They had a nice menu, also offering different sandwiches andburgers. Read more
