Friday October 28 was my last day in Cincinnati and I had a $40 gift card left that my sister gave me to use in The Rhined, so I... went to the store and a very nice girl (I forgot her name :c but she will know ;) ) helped me make a $40 combo. I really enjoyedmy dinner, everything was delicious. I recommend this place! Read more

This place was marvelous!! Everyone was super kind when we went in and the nice person helping us had such a beautiful energy.... They picked out some wonderful treats for us to try, and were extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I can?t waitto return to give more of their menu a try (-: My only regret is not catching more names of these lovely people (and notpurchasing more negroni cheese). Read more

We wandered into this delightful shop during our visit to Cinncinati from Florida and were vastly impressed by the atmosphere... and the employees. Rain and Megan were amazing! They were personable and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work ladies! Read more

Really cute place, and although a small shop, they have a lot of options. Two observations: they price out their cheese by the... 1/4 pound, so they are quite pricey. But when they weighed out the small wedge of my selection, "It's actually 1/3 pound, isthat gonna be ok?" Of course I said yes so I didn't look like the cheapskate to the other 10+ people who could hear the wholeinteraction. Then, when she rang it up, it asks for a tip. On groceries? That I just paid almost $3 for than I was expecting tobegin with? Sorry. I'm usually a generous tipper, but that was not the experience I was hoping for. I get that they sell foodand drinks, but tipping on groceries is out of my usual. Read more

Excellent selection. Ordered the cheesemonger's favorite with prosciutto and smoked salmon. The selection of cheeses was... amazing. Everything paired perfectly. And with the sparkling wine we had. Well worth the price. The back patio is a well keptsecret. Enough room for about a dozen people or so, but completely private and zero sound coming from Findley market or nearbyCentral parkway. A lovely story of serendipity. Was standing in line at Mochiko on Madison to get my pastries. I was there early. Weekends they... open at 9 and I forgot and I was there at 8am. While in line I met this young man Chris, with a dimple and very social. I askedhim a lot of questions about him and where he works and how was Covid lockdown etc? He said he had time to reflect and focusedon what he really wants in life and that he stopped working at a restaurant. Very low pay and to much work. I asked him where hewas working now and he said Rhined a cheese and wine place near Findlay Market. I has been there way back and I asked him abouthow it was to work and the cheese there and he said it was Amazing and a lovely place to work there. It?s owned by two youngwomen owners. Fast forward, we had guests and I decided to visit them to get some cheese and beer and I was not disappointed. Here are the photos ?????????? Read more

Thanks to The Rhined for a delicious cheese mini and a bottle of wine from Oakley Wines. It was a great way to have a socially... distanced girl's night. They make up the cheese mini for you, but you can make requests or ask for exclusions (no blue cheesefor me!). The accompanying items were also delicious -- preserves, dried fruit and nuts. I'm looking forward to another nightwith The Rhined soon! Read more
