It's serviceable food. I guess. The chicken gyro I ordered was very plainly just frozen chicken gyro meat only grilled to be... warm. Maybe they do some other things better, but the chicken gyro was overpriced and such that you could easily recreate it athome. The only positive thing I have to say is that the veggie toppings were ample and fresh. Good food, terrible customer service! I ordered Togo as did the people in front of us and they were handed their food. My order... was put to the side where there is no indication saying Togo pick up. I stood exactly where the people before us did. The ladywho saw the order was ready and saw me standing there just looked at me and continued to cut tomatoes. I probably stood therefor 10 minutes wondering if that was my order. Ordered my kids two chicken finger meals with fries the other day when we went shopping at Jungle Jim?s. After hearing good... reviews about the place we decided to give it a try and bring it home to the kids. We waited for a very long time and had to askwhere our order was, and they had completely FORGOTTEN? ????????. When we did finally get our order the chicken was twodifferent kinds of burnt grilled nuggets and somewhat crispy chunks of chicken. Kids didn?t even want to touch it after theytried a few of the semi cooked crispy chunks and just ate their fries, which didn?t look very good either. I ended up cookingthem something else when I got home so they wouldn?t be so hungry. I hate writing bad reviews but I was very disappointed andunimpressed with the lack of care and forgetfulness as I had high hopes and we waited so patiently. Stopped here while visiting Jungle Jim's; given its location and uniqueness we decided to give it a try. The menu had lots of... options and the price point was pretty good. The food was well cooked and tasted good. The service was fast and attentive. Ifyou're needing a quick bite while shopping this is a great place to try. Read more
