This was the slowest coffee place. We waited 40+ minutes for a $5 coffee. The guy making the coffee had no sense of urgency what... so ever. The girl taking orders wasn?t helping except for putting ice in the cup which let was melted by the time they made thedrink. When you would ask if your drink was ready the guy would say ?Yeah we are pretty backed up?. Listen I know they seemedshort staffed but you?re backed up because you have no sense of urgency. If you?re waiting for a certain drink to be made lookdown the line to see if you could finish another one quicker. Definitely wouldn?t wait for a coffee from them ever again. Read more

The taste was decent however we waited 30 min for 2 iced coffees which cost $5.5 each for a small cup. It was not worth that... long of a wait. There was a lady taking orders so she would prep the cups and put ice in them to help the guy out. I get thelogic However with them being so slow the ice was melting by the time it made its way down the line. Then due to theirsustainability concept they don?t have straws so the mocha sinks straight to the bottom. Read more

Quick stop for a coffee with a nice barista serving it up. They have a cafe frizzante which is iced espresso with sparkling... water. That?s not my thing but it?s something different to try. Read more

The coffee was good. That was worth a four star review. What was worth only a two star rating was the customer service at the... register. Apparently Urbana Coffee is "sustainable", according to the young woman who took our order, meaning we couldn't get asimple straw - paper or otherwise - when my wife asked so that she and our daughter could share a drink we purchased. The youngwoman chuckled to her co-worker about that. She had some type of ecological moral superiority thing going on. Oh yeah: UrbanaCoffee serves their product in single use plastic cups which are not biodegradable. So Urbana Coffee is not sustainable at all. They just think they are, because they say they are, and are willing to make fun of people who don't think the way they do. So Igive them a two-star rating over all. Read more

A good Findlay Market coffee shop. I usually try their special blends.

This one of the wonderful companies that started from small beginnings at Findley market as a coffee cart. This is what I would... call a real coffee place with one size for each drink, what it was meant to be. The training is solid for the workers to get agenerally consistent quality. It is worth checking out if you haven't! PS, Starbucks doesn't even compare. Read more

My husband and I visited Urbana yesterday, him getting their black coffee with some sugar (which he loved). I, unfortunately,... ordered a mocha. It did taste a bit more bitter than I?m use to (I?m a barista and usually go for caramel) but I thought it wasthe dark chocolate. Needless to say I became so sick we had to hurry home so I could be ill in the privacy of our own bathroom. It was right when they opened, there should have been no excuse. We hadn?t had anything else before or after getting the coffeeso it couldn?t have been anything else. They need to check their milk and if they aren?t sure they still shouldn?t use it. Ihope no one else suffered yesterday. I will not be returning. Read more
