Routinely slow, and I mean SLOW. Takes around 25 mins to get through when the lane is full. I made a list of better options like... arbys, subway, chipotle, Taco Bell, etc. that I am going to use instead of wasting half an hour sitting in line after working 16hours (and eating nothing). Last time I donated and got a ticket for a free drink. I came again tried to use it and held up theline for a good 10 mins while they tried to figure out the system to get my mediocre small drink. It?s so slow in fact that Istarted typing this half way through waiting in line, still had time to look up a list of alternative food options, edit thisand post it? and still probably have 10-15 mins ahead of me? Just thought about the $10 in gas I spent waiting in line too? Read more
Wendy's is good! The food is good, the drinks are good. I just wish they'd change their menu more. Also, the employees here were... pretty nice. Just thought that was worth pointing out. The manager was a little grumpy. Read more
UPDATE: This location took a bite out of a burger before trying to cover it up with cheese and serve it to my brother. SUPER... GROSS! The hours were updated less than two weeks ago, but they never seem to answer the drive thru window after 11:30pm. Arethe hours for this Wendy's correct? Because I've tried ordering around 11:30pm two separate nights this week, and nobodyanswered the drive thru speaker after waiting 5+ minutes each time. Last time a poor DoorDash driver was waiting at the window,and he couldn't pick up the order his client prepaid for. I hope they didn't ding his rating for that. I hope they fix thelisted hours for this Wendy's, or they do a better job honoring their current hours soon! Read more
New and very clean. My only critique is that the men's bathroom stall doesn't prevent someone from seeing someone in side. The... gap from the stall door to the other side is wide enough to see inside. Read more
This place is horrible and every time you asked for a baked potato they say let me see if we have them if it?s on the menu you... should have them learn how to do Inventory or your job better yet.
