I ordered breakfast online and waited at the drive through for over 10 minutes. The whole time workers were going from the... restaurant to the trash and back. Yet nobody spoke to me at the drive through. I finally drove forward and asked one of the guysthat was ignoring the long line at the drive through. I asked if anyone was there to answer the drive through or make food. Hesaid no!! I shouldn't be able to start a mobile order at a restaurant that isn't open to serve breakfast. If a restaurant isclosed for some reason, there should be a sign at the drive through and staff should be obligated to tell customers that therestaurant is closed. I can't believe that neither of the two Wendy's workers could be bothered to come over to the drivethrough line to tell everyone waiting to order that the restaurant was closed! Very disappointed.
