The menu is always changing with tasty new items. Fast service and they got my order right!
I ordered a single combo and because i ordered it without cheese they loaded it with so much mayo I couldn't even eat it... and... the bottom bun was soaked in grease so bad I could pinch it together and grease would drip out!!!!! I made a video and tookpictures I also took a picture of my receipt and this wasn't the first or second time they've done this. I was just tired of itthis time. This use to be my favorite Wendy's but I won't be returning there ever again if I can avoid it. I was so politewhile ordering and very upbeat and saying please and thank you. I'm never rude to anyone preparing my food! Lol. I just wonderwas it because I ordered it without cheese and they had to make me a fresh burger?? I sure hope not. I usually get their chicken sandwiches but this time I only got a frosty cuz it was so hot I usually get the chocolate but I... tried the strawberry which is new and it was really good it kind of tasted like a creamsicle I would recommend it. Read more
A little disappointed,dont want to complain to much.Because they was most likely short staffed, but the fries was kinda like... they reheat them or to long under the light or something.Was not fresh and was not really hot. This is hands down the worst Wendy's we've ever been to. My dad and I stopped in for a quick lunch, and the people working do... not speak English well enough to even understand what we were saying. Could not get the order straight. The food is absolutelyterrible. The chili was extremely runny, extremely spicy. Doesn't even taste like Wendy's normal chili. Got the apple slices onthe side, there was barely enough to equal 1/4 of a small apple. My dad's fish sandwich was awful as well. The manager was veryrude, we asked for the senior discount and she said we don't do that here in a very nasty tone. They need to take a lesson fromthe Wendy's in Dent on Harrison Avenue, and the one in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Much nicer employees and the food is much better. Now that it cost us almost $20 to get nothing, we are not going to put up with that. They care about keeping business. We willnever be back here again. Edited to add:. The soft drink machine is leaking all over the floor and it's very slippery. They puta sign up, but the manager was completely ignoring the floor being very wet and slippery. Got a junior bacon cheeseburger and they didn't even put a party on it. I mean really that means they put a piece of cheese... directly on the bun and said well there you go. Ridiculous and then I try to call 5 times and get a refund but no one answers.They were not even busy I was the only car to pull through. Wendys has no standards, dont waste your time going there. If there is more than a single car in this drive thru go to another one. I?ve tried time and time again with this Wendy?s and... the results are always the same. Should be renamed Waity?s. Drive 10 minutes in either direction for a better one. Read more
