Anytime I go to drive thru I get my food freshly made nice and hot without asking. Only issue is line can move slow and sometime... drive thru takes two orders at a time. But shoot can't complain when food is made fresh ???? Read more
My daughter, her three kids and I had a great lunch for around $23. The kids were happy with their kids meals and my daughter... and I each had the biggie bag. It was hot and delicious!! The service was excellent and very quick! Read more
This was the worst service I?ve ever had. The girl taking the order you could barely hear her. Waited in line 15 minutes and... there were only 5 cars in front of us. Got to where you order and it was 5 minutes before taking our order. Got to the windowtook my money then spent time talking instead of giving me my change as my order sat on the counter. Got our order and there wasno fries. When I told her she got another employee who said it was in the bag so I pulled everything out, no fries. I do notrecommend this Wendy?s location. Read more
This Wendy's is always busy (but which one isn't). There's always a wait. Customer service is good. I have not been the... recipient of employee aggression, impoliteness. They seem to have it all together in that area of business conduct. Payingrestaurant workers more should be a priority for the owners. I know this Wendy's is making a large profit, it has to becauseit's always busy. Not to mention the location of the store is excellent. It's on the bus line, not far from residentialneighborhoods and the Tri-county mall. Be careful when coming out the parking lot on to Northland Blvd. Read more
I wish visits via drive-thrus were more "hit" than "miss" with ALL fast food places. Everything was edible but even when I... request to "please make my order FRESH, and I'll wait for it" ...it's up in the air if it actually happens. I'm not one to goall "angry black man" for that. There are far greater reasons to get ethnic. But the spicy chicken (extra mayo) is what I got onthis day, along with a Dave's double. I ate it, simply because mentally I can't get passed wasting food/my money. But thislocation has provided better before. It was just one of those "meh" days for everyone I'm guessing. Read more
