Employees spend more time acting like they?re at a playground than work. Rude, ill mannered and have no idea how to keep a... restaurant clean. I?m a big believer in customer service and making your customers not feel like a burden, or better to make them feel like you... actually want them to be there (they are keeping your business alive, after all). THIS Wendy?s was horrible with their customerservice. They were prioritizing the drive-thru, which I understand because I?ve worked a few fast food jobs and know that theyhave their times they have to hit. At the same time though, the guests who are literally just standing around in the lobbywaiting to be helped should AT LEAST be greeted and acknowledged warmly. That?s all it would have taken for me to not be alittle upset about that particular part. My main issue with this place was the fact that the guy running the counter was veryunfriendly and didn?t smile once, I don?t think. I asked him for sauce for my girlfriend and I and he gave me only 1 of eachsauce I asked for. So I asked for some more and he said nothing this entire exchange and was giving off the energy of beingannoyed with me for asking. I said thank you and sat down (no reply), only to have to come right back because they forgot mynuggets that I ordered with my combo. Again, he said nothing at all and seemed even more annoyed with me. Their freestyle Cokemachine was super unresponsive too and was making me wish that it was just a classic style soda machine. Food was decent, butthe experience overall had me frustrated more than anything. All-in-all, not somewhere I will be visiting again anytime soon ifEVER. Thanks for reading if you did, Wendy?s. I hope you can solve some of these issues to make others? experiences better. Idon?t feel like I?m at all a hard person to please, it?s just the little things. Great food.! Hot and fresh etc. ???? Only complaint is, Super long wait though... Was 2nd of the only 2 cars in the drive-thru,... and still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes. Read more

Great good. Spicy chicken sandwich was dope and had a big ole piece of chicken. Sometimes it's hard to beat a classic. Fries... were fresh and the experience was good. Excited to see the mobile order spots. Staff definitely needs some help but they didwell for the team they had ???????? Read more

I?m pretty sure most of the employees working this location sit around and don?t take orders.. One time the lady answered the... box saying ?we won?t be taking orders since we?re in the middle of a shift change? I lived in this area for a year and haven?tever been able to order here.. I tried to about 5 times and each time there were 5-10 cars in line and I sat for about 15+minutes before pulling off because the line did not move an inch.. Pretty sure the employees sit here and collect a paycheck. The worst run Wendy's in Cincinnati. Can't go inside, drive thru... takes at least 15 min, IF you are lucky enough for them to take your order. All lights off all the time. Showed up at 845pm,this is what you see. Just waited 15 minutes at the box to order. Guy said just a moment, I eventually pulled to the window after seeing probably 10... cars just leave. No one was there so I tried going in but the door was locked. After backing up to the window a girl told methey were doing a shift change and there was only 3 people in there. I have no problem waiting for food, and get you'reunderstaffed, but at least let me know what's going on. I would have left much earlier had I known what was going on. Read more

The drive through line was incredibly slow and we had to wait by the order window for a long time for someone to take our order.... Then the Manager was hostile when addressing a price discrepancy from what the drive through board said and what they chargedme. Then the credit card machine was not working properly so they ran several cards multiple times trying to get the machine towork. Lastly, the food ordered was dry and sloppily prepared making this a horrible experience which is what I?ve come toexpect from this Wendy?s location. Read more
