Worst. Experience. Ever. Ordered 2 of the new Italian parmesan chicken sandwiches classic and 1 Italian parmesan cheeseburger.... The cheeseburger did not come with the fried mozzarella. The 2 chicken ones were spicy chicken even though we ordered classicand the fried mozzarella on those were so burnt you couldn't bite through it. Absolutely awful! Read more

Hands down the worst Wendy?s in Cincinnati. Staff was rude and not at all personable. I asked for spicy nuggets, I got regular... ones, I asked for ranch I got BBQ sauce. I asked for Dr Pepper and got a coke. On top of it all my food was cold as can be. Youguys need to reevaluate your staffing, and obviously your management too. Read more
Food has gone down the tubes!! You can never get anything fresh!! It's nothing like it was when there was a total re-up date... when the food was fresh!! They fired all the good managers that really cared to make sure you were getting fresh good hot foodnot this nasty tasting food they call fresh when it's not you can even see that it's old food that's been sitting on the grillfor hours!!
