Had to cancel our trip to the zoo so came here on our way out of town. As my mom was using the bathroom, and no one was in front... of me beside the car at the window, nobody greeted me or at the least said they'd be there in a moment. I felt embarrassed totell my mom that I hadn't placed the order yet when she returned to me. I am patient and prefer not to complain about fast foodservice because I get that these jobs are probably exhausting and sometimes all you can get, but it's still frustrating. It'snot like I haven't worked RETAIL or anything. I regret not going to Popeyes across the street. I saw one employee sitting ontheir phone in the back, on break, I guess, but like, idk, can't you sit literally anywhere else so that it doesn't look likeyou're just ignoring me like everybody else is? But then again, why would they bother? Nobody cares about me. I am Nobody,Odysseus' disguise, about to pluck out someone's eye. After I got back from also using the bathroom (kind of dank in a bad way,btw), my mom was in the process of ordering. The PROCESS of ordering. It was taking so long to get our order back, she startedtalking to the other person in line about life-goals. The food was fine. It's White Castle. Whatever. I've waited lengthytimes in line patiently and had better experiences than this, even if it's just an amicable smile from the employee. I dunno. Read more
Awful service. Be ready to wait at least 45 minutes for your food and be ignored by the staff the entire time you’re trying to... get your order. Go legit anywhere else. Read more
Drive through was very slow. I haven't had White Castles in about a year since I live down south there are none in Atlanta but I... enjoyed it. They may have been short staffed but they were busy. Read more
The rudeness and nasty attitude was uncalled for. I didn’t know I had to use a code at the speaker and not the window. Even... after a sincere apology and “have a nice day”, it was still nastiness. Some people just lost spiritually, consciously andmorally. Remember this… God does not like ugly. Read more

Went there cause I had store coupon and the little wench told me they only make cheese burgers and white castle with coupon... which clearly states you can get ANY SANDWICH with coupon. When she's on shift I try not to go patronize. 3rd shift ALWAYSexcellent customer service Read more
Went to the drive thru. Cheeseburgers and a 2 for 3 special chicken ring sandwich. White castle is the most consistent burger... place in the option choices. If I had to give up every burger place but one, white castle would be my choice. They will ALWAYShave a place on my options list. Everything was delicious and just what I expected.
