Line around the building, line inside- don't lose hope! Shantel (manager? - if not, she should be!) and her small but mighty... crew aren't at all intimidated by all the impatient people. They take care of their customers one at a time, apologizing for theshort wait and getting everything out to people freshly made, hot and accurate. This place needs to be shut down. There is absolutely no consistency and eating here is like playing the lottery....most of the... time your gonna loose. They can't keep employees and they constantly serve old or undercooked food. They don't even make thecoffee right! I don't know who the owner is but I'm sure they're living a great life off of serving trash food to loyalcustomers. Even though the white castle in northside is a 15 min drive I'll go there any day over this dirty trash can of arestaurant. Read more
Typical white castle food but subpar for white castle. Not only was it not as good as normal they seemed horribly understaffed... (especially for their location.) I won't be treading there again anytime soon! Read more
This place is ran by a bunch of ratchet black people with exception of the only white woman manager with people skills. I waited... at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no answer but I could see ahead in the window that the workers were walkingaround. Not one worker came to the speaker to say anything so I drove up to the window only to be ignored for another 2 Minutes.Finally I pulled away to walk in n order just to be told they were changing drawers n shift ( yet no one said a word at thespeaker) one the BLACK mangers finally took my order only to have me waiting another 10 minutes on SOME FRIES. Only after the10 minutes the only white person and manger came up front to see what the hold up was and asked them if they got my order noneof all these BLACK worker answered her. She literally went to the back to pour fries in the fryer n that’s when I had enough nasked for my money back n she apologized. All these blacks and none had people skills all GETTO HOOD. BY THE WAY IM BLACK MYSELF so There’s No racism. Never going to STORE 17 again. Read more

First time I had it was when I moved to Cincinnati. I never even heard of white castle and the food was very eye opening for me.... Have to say they are cheap but quality is great and somehow everytime I ate there after my First time they always had the foodperfect. After I moved back to illinois I realized how much I miss going to white castle to enjoy some fast food. Read more
This place will screw you, like they've done to me. Not sure how difficult it is to remember "toast", instead of "bun", from the... ear to the finger(s) that press the button(s). After specifically ordering 6 sausage, egg, cheese, breakfast sandwiches on"toast", I asked them to be sure, at the window. The guy said something to the effect of: "yes, on toast, yes" I was handed avery large brown paper bag (with various smaller brown paper bags within it), that smelled just like dog shampoo. It washorrible smelling. My driver asked: "is it all in there?", and was assured that it was all there. The smell of that bag was verybad. It was horrible. When arriving at my destination, we checked the bag(s) for everything, and sure enough there were nobreakfast sandwiches on toast. The entire purpose/reason for even stopping at this store, was for those sandwiches. Iimmediately called the store location, and could get no-one to answer. I decided to leave a "pleasant" message on their system,letting them know that I'm not only disappointed with them/their service/competence, and that I will wreck there store. I planon doing just that, by doing things just like this. Every chance that I get, I'm going to tell people about how rotten thatplace is. Don't spend your money, or time, at this location. You'll do better at a speedway gas station, at any time of day. TheBP across the street from them has food, and it's better than what you will get at this dump (IMHO).
