Placed an online order at 7:59p, I got at 8:16p and there was a young black girl working the register wearing no uniform just a... purple hoodie, said ?it was coming up.? I politely waited until 8:41p to receive 10 wings. When I asked for bbq sauce she toldme $1.49 with an attitude. Asked her to refund me since she was being petty after I waited an extra 20 mins, then she got madand walked off. The customer service there is so terrible. Wings are so small and I wanted them wet and they are dried up. Not fresh seemed like leftovers. Fries filled half of the plate.... Everything cold when I arrived. Don't waste your money! Read more
This store only take online orders which is fine, however if your going to close early stop taking online orders. I went pick up... my food after ordering online and they were closed. Come on people do better. Read more
As far as Wingstops' wings? there actually are not bad for a quick meal, There's a Nice variety of seasonings/flavors and in My... opinion actually kinda pricey & over-rated BUT! ...the Wingstop located near me at Winton & Galbraith has the slowest Serviceimaginable. And there consistently Slow. If it's the weekend, be ready to order online, receive a confirmation, and Stillpossibly be told "Your order didn't come thru-so youll need to reorder" Customers were livid behind me with similar issue's.Come On Wingstop! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THIS LOCATION! I?ve gotten the wrong food through doordash and picking it up myself. And... they look at you like it?s your fault!
