We usually like this place, but today the order was messed up. Ordered a party pack... 30 wings, large fries, veggie... sticks. Instead of Louisiana dry rub, we got some sort of sweet spicy sauce. The fries didn't have their fry seasoning on them,they had lemon pepper seasoning, yuck!! No cheese sauce cup we ordered, no veggie sticks we ordered. Really disappointing. i ordered delivery. the boneless wings were so overcooked they were like jerky. fries were also dry. and i never got my brownie... or a refund for it. there is no way to report missing/wrong items on your order beyond a long survey process and in the end theyjust sent me a $10 gift card to make up for the $30 of wasted food i paid for. i used to love wingstop but this experience isgoing to make me super hesitant to order from here again Read more

First time trying Wingstop! Food was perfect, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I see a lot of negative reviews on... this location so maybe I went on a good day but everything slapped! This has been the absolute WORST experience with a restaurant. Customer service/management has been horrible! My husband and I... ordered food online from the Oakley location on Sunday. We waited the estimated time of 30 minutes before picking up our food.We get there and walk in to the location when a female yells we?re closed. I was super confused considering it let me order foodonline. So I tried getting her attention and asked her how do I get a refund since they already charged my card. She says ?callthe store? I walked outside and was so confused because obviously why would I need to call the store if I was already there?! SoI go to walk back in and the gentleman locked the door so I knocked, he came to the door and asked what he could help me with Iexplained what the lady had said and he said unfortunately I would have to call the next day to get a refund. We left and Iwaited to call until Monday and hitch was the next day, no answer at all then I called Tuesday still nothing, I call todayasking for the manager which the gentleman who answered the phone said he would go get them puts me on hold to tell me themanager is busy at the moment but he will make sure he calls. I called at 10:53am and now it?s 4:36 and still nothing. I havetried calling the store to just get the busy signal. We used to love this place and once gave it 5 stars; Recently they have closed this location to all incoming online orders and... they won?t answer their phone so the only way to order is to go in and wait which is not conventional with little ones. Not tomention their parking lot is tiny. I?m very disappointed as the food is usually very well done and tasty, but what good is thatif you can?t order it anymore?
