First time here but not the last! The soup and food was amazingly delicious but the staff was incredible! We were greeted and... offered sample tastes of any soup that piqued our interest. I assumed this was the owner because of the great attention wereceived. In fact it was the manager and she impressed me greatly. The rest of the staff was on par as well. I will be back ! Read more

WOW this place is amazing, I door dashed some food from them and it got here really fast was hot and fresh the people that work... there are some of the nicest people ever they deserve a raise. If I could marry a soup it would be the potato soup they sell.Everyone that worked there this morning deserve a raise, a bonus, paid vacation, & a puppy. But no seriously I love them thiswas only my second time trying them and I'll be back for sure would recommend Read more

I don?t even know where to start with this place. I used to absolutely LOVE their sandwiches. I actually had to edit my previous... review that gave them 5 stars and was raving about their pesto sandwich. The last 3 times I paid $13 dollars for a sandwich madewith regular bread you could buy for a couple dollars for an entire loaf from the grocery store. I know everything is going upso I can understand cutting back on bread costs, but the sandwich quality in general is just terrible. I?m still trying tofigure out how they even melted the cheese on the sandwiches when the bread is not even toasted or warm- must have been amiracle of science. Poor quality sandwiches, especially for the price Read more

First time visitors to Zoup Eatery in Eastgate. We were pleasantly greatly immediately and actually overwhelmed by the... selection. (130+ varieties of soups and sandwiches) However; they have that aspect covered with samples...I finally decided on abread bowl of Tuscan Seven bean and my wife Ashley ordered the loaded baked potato bowl and a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich. Bothwhere excellent choices...they're serving PepsiCo products for your beverage choice. The outside photo illustrates they havehandicap parking and a side parking lot for ample parking for all. We'll definitely return to this establishment gladly. Read more

The loaded potato soup is amazing! Awesome grilled cheese and tomato soup combo, yummy bread and great sandwiches and Mac and... cheese! The chicken noodle soup was too salty though, not enough depth of flavor(I was expecting maybe some sweetness from onionbut no ??). The French onion soup is the same way, but that?s okay. It?s just hit or miss is all, overall though the qualityseems to be pretty good! :) Very yummy cookies! Great texture and flavor. Read more

Do NOT believe the photos. I just ordered 3 full sized salads. I paid like $9 a piece. The bowls are TINY and only half full.... Its the size of a side salad.. They didn't include all the bread on my order. I spent almost $50 and I'm still gonna have to gobuy more food for my kids. Read more

This is a COVID era review. Staff had masks, and there was a divider at the cash register. Indoor seating was appropriately... spaced. We found Zoup! by searching for salads on Google. It's a small soup and sandwich shop in the very crowded retaillandscape of Eastgate, and the over all impression was that of a Panera lite. Menu is soup, salad, macncheese, and sandwich. Youcan get a combination of any two of these four, or order what you like. There's about eight soups, and you can sample any or allof them. Drink station is a Pepsi fountain, and some tea dispensers. Restrooms were clean. I tried the tomato soup and halfItalian Market sandwich. I upgraded to the bowl of soup to get the largest portion. My wife had the chicken Caesar salad withthe maple ham sandwich. Each of our orders came with a small baguette of ciabata bread and a tiny post of butter. The bread waswarm and moist, a perfect complement to the tomato soup. The soup was dense and hot, but not very hearty. It was great for itbeing a wet thirty degree day. The Italian Market sandwich had a lot of texture and crispy ingredients, with a good proportionof meat and cheese. It was drizzled with a vinaigrette with just a touch of sweetness. Zoup! is good for a quick bite, a lightlunch, or a place to get out of the big retail traffic. I want to go back and try the Mac n Cheese. They have about fiveversions. Read more

Nice selection of soups to choose from. The day I went, they were out of turkey for their sandwiches. Also, the soup... temperature was not as hot as I would like. Read more
