Sad that last shift employees refuse to take an order 40 minutes prior to closing because ?it takes too long.?
It was lunchtime and my food was served cold. Bad lunch experience! I will NEVER visit this location again!!
Asked for #7, foot long chili cheese coney, just the "hotdog" (like the menu says) bc I didn't want the combo. I got a plain... hotdog & it wasn't even the footlong. When we got to the window my husband verified if he had charged us for a large drink. The guy said no but gave us the large... drink. My husband asked how much we owed for the drink and the guy said it was okay. That was nice. Read more
This is the third time I have ordered from here and they have taken twice as long to make the order and then when I do get the... order it is incorrect. I ordered a vanilla shake, a snickers blast and a drink. got the drink and shake but the snickers wasReese's Peanut Butter Cups. did not notice till almost home. was not worth going back again just to ignored when it comes to myorder. Amazing service. Fast and it seems like they are constantly cleaning the place which means a lot. The staff wears facial... coverage which means the food is fresh and clean. And the best part is that they are open late, I mean midnight late (thanksstaff) and their menu is fully stocked (happy squeal) so far best Sonic in Cinco Ranch. Read more
Food is good. Line is usually long but it moves quick. The intersection makes it hard to get to. Service was quick and friendly.
