My first time at this location and I must say that the service was not good. The trash cans were over flowing, the store wreaked... of an awful odor , the 5 staff members were unorganized and moved very slow. I stood at the food counter for about 7 minutesbefore anyone greeted me to take my order. I witnessed another customer come back because they failed to make their ordercorrect, the soda machine was out of order and they had the cup lids out but still in the plastic, I did a good deed and filledthe cup holders, the customer that was after me they tendered out before me the employee on the register failed to complete thetransaction while the customer was telling her that he did not pay. I witnessed a party of 4 leave because they stood at thefood counter for about 10 min w/o being acknowledged. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! Also, the staff membersshould never tell the customers that they are short staffed!!!! It just appeared as if the employees that were there didn?t wantto work. Just left this location and they were very busy with the system down taking only online orders. even with the amount of... customers in the store, all the employees held it down and did everything they can to fulfill everyone's order. THANK YOU to thehard working team that worked tonight. Read more
I love this chipotle. They have a great staff that?s courteous and the lines are always quick and seamless. Very well organized... all the time. When I have big meetings, This location always handles my catering orders very well. If you don?t have the time, Ihighly recommend you place an online order. Read more

I?m tired of the small amount of rice and small amount of meat yet the dump spoonfuls of everything else in your bowl or wrap. I... asked for more rice and the boy scooped a little on the tip of the spoon to add to the bowl as of it made a difference. I?mliterally sitting outside the store writing this review as hungry as I am. $10.88 and I coulda spent less for more else where!Every time I come here it?s one thing or the other and it?s the only one in decent distance from my house. I completely lost my appetite due to the whole entire staff to ignore my friends and I existence. Literally stood at the hot... table waiting to be served for 10 minutes. I?m understanding to having mobile orders having to get made and all but that doesn?texcuse the fact that we were standing here without even a, ?I?ll be with you in a moment ?. Then after my friend didn't even geteverything she asked and paid for!
