The menu is hard to read and understand. In the drive thru the writing is too small to really see. If you have never been here... you don't know the things they have that aren't listed. Hot and cold drinks, and sizes aren't properly listed. They had apicture of a sandwich on the side of the building that wasn't listed on the menu but we would have order it had we known. Sooverall not a great experience for someone who doesn't know the menu. Drinks weren't made right like we ordered but tasted fine.They Staff was friendly though and they offered a pup cup (it was whipped cream with a dog bone. Our dog loved it). Read more
I have always had great experiences getting coffee at this Dunn Brothers location. Specifically this morning the staff were... great. I went inside to order my coffee, keep in mind early morning so it was a busy time for them. I noticed they had a newButterfinger coffee nirvana drink, as someone with a peanut allergy it raised a concern. So I asked the lady taking my order ifmy allergy would be a concern, she very kindly said I will ask my manager. The manager looked busy at the time but suddenly gaveall her attention to me and my allergy and noted we do not want to take any chances so she made sure the lady who made my drinkused brand new ingredients and new gloves. I was very impressed by their response to my allergy and their willingness toaccommodate for me. Read more
I decided to give you guys another try since it's been about 5 years since I've gone to the Lexington location because my drink... order is never correct. Well it happened again my White Chocolate Mocha tastes like espresso and milk with absolutely no whitechocolate in it. I will not be back and waste almost $8 for a drink. Great coffee, great service. The best cold brew coffee you can find.
First time at Dunn Brothers. Ordered a Carmel Mocha with a shot of chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised! It tasted less sugary... than Caribou and not bitter like Starbucks. It was delicious. Daughter had a mango smoothie and she said it was good, but notthe best. We also had a blueberry muffin that was super moist and if you like sugar the whole top had large granulated sugar.Maybe it was my taste buds, but it wasn't as blueberry enough for me. I would definitely go back for another type of bakery itemand more coffee. Read more
I was just there this morning, having a breakfast sandwich and a delicious coffee while waiting for my car to be done next door.... The people working there were so nice and friendly! The owner/manager even offered to top off my coffee for free while Iwaited. So incredibly nice! It's great to see people so nice to strangers and everyone there seemed to really get along andwere happy. Keep up the good work! Read more
Great coffee. Friendly staff. Wonderful patio. However.... the speed of service is frustrating. There are always multiple people... behind the counter and how it takes so long for simple things blows my mind. Some days I am in the drive thru and end up puttingthe car in park. The drive thru is there for a reason...... all in all great place, just one large deficit for me, personally. Read more
The food was mid but took a while to make and the store was not too busy. The service was alright but all the workers seemed... stressed and uncomfortable. Ultimately this made the atmosphere unenjoyable. Read more
