I ordered my pizza at 11:00 am for pick up at 5:15pm on my way home from work. I get there on time to pick it up to have staff... tell me no one made my pizza and my order sat untouched. Really...6 hrs notice to make 1 pizza! Not very happy as the place wasnot even busy. Read more

1st stop - had to get employee out of the back, they claimed the door bell was broken. I was yelling hello hello. Concerned I... walked back to make sure they were OK. 2nd stop - walk in order , they lost my order and couldn't even remember if they took myorder. 5 girls working the line. Horrible Location! Went last night to pick up a pizza and the place was packed with people waiting everywhere. So I ordered 1... pizza and paid for it and was told 15 minutes, So I decide to leave and head to holiday up the road to get gas and stuff.Returned 25 minutes later and they still hadn't started my pizza. They were all standing there WATCHING a video on the one kidsphone and laughing! So as I'm standing there, they FINALLY decide to start making mine and surprise, surprise. They made itwrong and they had to start a new one for me and once again the kid started doing it wrong again! So I quickly stopped him &decided to watch him and HELP him Make my pizza this time so they wouldn't have to start a new one for the third time!! Overall I'm happy with the service here, I know times are tough with a labor shortage and my pizzas are always ready for me when... ordering online, so thank you! One area of improvement would be attention to detail. If you make customizations to your pizza,expect them to get it right 1/5 times. Read more

I ordered 2 pizzas and used the new delivery option they now are advertising. Over an hour later we had not received the pizzas... so I called them and was told the delivery person left when the pizzas weren't ready at the time he came, and he never cameback. So, they didn't have anyone to deliver the pizzas as it is an outside service used. They never called me to let me know, just cancelled my order via email without calling to let me know! Then they didn't know how to handle the situation when Icalled and asked what was going on with my pizzas that should have been here already. They said they would have the store ownercall me tomorrow and asked what I wanted to do about the pizzas. I told them I would find something here at home to makeinstead! Great new service offered, and great process for when it doesn't work! I guess I will get my deliveries from a placethat has their own delivery people next time! Would give 0 stars if I could!
