The guy making the sub was so high he could barely stand. Even with us repeating the toppings to him, he still made a ton of... mistakes. Ordered chicken noodle soup. Got home and opened the container. Discovered only broth, one carrot slice and no chicken. Cashier... overcharged me for soup, sandwich and a drink. Tried calling number on receipt. It's a fax#. Also discovered black ice chips inmy drink. Threw everything in the trash. Read more

Slow service because it seemed that both workers were trainees. There should be a competent worker and trainees running a shift,... not 2 trainees trying to catch up on orders. But they did the best they could with orders coming one after another Read more
I got subway on a whim today. Haven?t had subway in about 3 years. When I entered the employee was so friendly and welcoming!... Coming from hospitality and working in the industry for over a decade it was so refreshing to come in and have such apersonalized experience. Essence was the employee who made my sandwich and she was so personable. A true gem. That girl is goingplaces! Read more
The guys making the sandwiches are high half the time and smell of it, you have to repeat toppings multiple times, and they slam... the subs down hard before wrapping them like fumbling toddlers? Only to get home and find we have to recut it because it wasbarely even scored let alone cut through? Read more

The employee was obviously new and didn't know what went on my sandwich. He also didn't know to add the cheese before toasting... it. Then he put a huge amount of mayo on a couple of our sandwiches, so I had to scrape a bunch off when I got home. Maybe withmore training it would get better.
