I'm giving three stars because it's the same thing day after day meal after meal week after week and year after year. The food... isn't nasty so if I were eating the food alone I'd have gave four stars. However the over all rating I feel needs to be threestars. It's always the same, the sandwiches are almost always made messy, and when I go in it's so crowded with employees thatI'm unable to see around them to my fries being dropped, ( If they get dropped.) or my food being bagged. So rather then beingable to catch a wrong item being placed in my bag I have to wait until it's all bagged and then go threw it. Lastly when I wentin yesterday there was a manager with a very nasty attitude toward a fellow employee who it sounded like had just been promotedto shift lead or something. Rather then be professional and speak with him in private and give him advice about how to help himrun his shift more effectively she yelled at him and belittled him in front of not just other employees but customers as well.
